Silencerco, LLC, Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date, you must have a valid receipt dated within 30 days or less from the original purchase date. All items must be unused and in new condition.
Refunds
All credit card purchases will be refunded by a Silencerco check via US mail once the item being returned has arrived at the Silencerco facility. To return the item you must call a Silencerco representative to obtain an RMA number. At that time we will give you our UPS account info to ship the product back to us. If you choose to retain credit with Silencerco, the refunded amount can be applied to any new orders. Purchases using credit must be performed by phone by calling 801-417-5384
Exchanges
If for any reason you need to exchange an item you may do so within 30 days from the original purchase date. The item being exchanged must be unused and in new condition for any exchanges. You must contact a Silencerco representative to arraign shipping instructions to return the item back to Silencerco. Once the item arrives at the Silencerco facility we will then ship the desired replacement of equal or lesser value back to you.
